Questions hosts ask

Why is the same-day clean faster than a scheduled one?

For same-day cleans we send three times the crew. The same work gets done in a fraction of the time, so your flat is ready between a late checkout and an early check-in.

What counts as a same-day (urgent) clean?

Any clean you need done today. Anything booked for tomorrow or later is a scheduled clean at the normal price.

Do I need to provide linen, towels and toiletries?

Yes. We use your linen, towels and toiletries, and we tell you when stock is running low. We bring all cleaning supplies and equipment.

A guest smoked in my flat. Can I get the cost back?

Book smoke smell removal and we send you an itemised bill with before and after photos. You can use these to request the cost from the guest through Airbnb's Resolution Centre. The flat needs to stay empty for about 3 hours during treatment.

Do I need to be there?

No. Most hosts share a key box code or leave keys with security. Tell us in the booking notes and we'll follow your instructions.

Is GST added to the price?

No. The price you see is the price you pay.

How do curtains get cleaned?

By default we steam-clean them on site, so they never leave the flat. For heavy stains we can take them for dry cleaning and rehang them in 3 to 4 days.
